41" No-Plumbing Hair Backwash Unit
A stylish, fully self-contained backwash unit designed for salons, studios and professional spaces where permanent plumbing is not available.
Finished in matte beige or black with brushed gold detailing and a matching brushed gold faucet set, this model combines a premium look with the convenience of a completely non-plumbed system.
The unit provides instant hot water at approximately 104°F (40°C) and uses separate fresh and waste water tanks, so there is no need for a permanent water supply or drainage connection.
Simply fill the fresh water tank, connect the unit to the correct electrical supply and you are ready to use.

Lead Time
Each unit is made to order. Current production lead time is approximately 8 weeks before the unit is ready for dispatch.

The advertised product price is for the unit only; sea freight is charged separately.
After you place your order, we can provide an indicative door-to-door shipping estimate based on your delivery location. The final freight cost can only be confirmed when the unit is complete and ready to ship, because carrier rates can change.
As a general guide only, sea freight is often around US$1,000–US$2,000. This is not a fixed quote or maximum. The final shipping charge is invoiced separately and must be paid in full before dispatch.
Typical sea transit time is approximately 25–45 days after dispatch. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, port congestion, carrier schedules and other circumstances outside our control.

Safety & Compliance Documentation
Custom Basins maintains a documented safety case covering the complete product portfolio for the USA and Canada as well as the UK and Europe. The safety framework requires applicable approvals for the constituent electrical components, with supporting evidence retained in the technical file. For North American configurations, the safety case identifies requirements including UL 499 for heaters or heating taps, UL 778 for pumps, UL 498 / CSA C22.2 No. 42 for US plugs, and FCC Part 15 / ICES-003 where applicable. Compliance documentation can be made available for customers, premises, insurers, licensing authorities or electrical contractors where required.
These self-contained units are not intended for drinking water and are not marketed as connected potable-water appliances.
Electrical Requirements
This backwash unit uses two instant water heaters. Each heater is labelled AC 110–130 V, 3000 W, 50–60 Hz. Each heater is supplied with a grounded North American Type B plug. At 120 V, each 3000 W heater represents approximately a 25 A load. A licensed electrician must assess the intended installation and confirm suitable circuits, wiring, receptacles and plug arrangements before the unit is used. Do not assume that standard 15 A outlets are suitable, and do not increase breaker ratings unless the complete circuit has been assessed and is correctly rated.
Delivery & Damage Reporting
The unit is supplied fully assembled. We recommend having at least two people available to receive, inspect and move the unit into position.
Where possible, please inspect the packaging and unit at delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. Please email info@custombasins.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the damage and packaging. If damage is discovered later, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. This reporting request does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Door-to-door freight does not include installation, electrical work, unpacking or moving the unit inside the premises unless specifically agreed in advance.
