Option 2: Pay a 40% deposit, and your unit will be shipped*

IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT CUSTOM PAY

Custom Pay is designed to help you access your sink unit without delay — offering flexibility while you spread the cost.

Once your deposit is paid (and one monthly payment if relevant), your unit will be scheduled for production and delivered following our standard lead time.

To keep this flexible option available for all customers, please note the following:

• A $20 admin fee will apply for each missed payment.
• Your card details are securely stored, and if we don’t receive a response regarding a missed payment, your card may be charged automatically.
• If a payment is still not received, your Custom Pay agreement may be terminated and the remaining balance will become immediately payable in full.

Once all necessary information has been received, we will provide a proposal outlining the total cost and payment schedule.

A deposit invoice will be generated automatically; however, payment must be made manually (please note, we do not collect payments automatically). Upon receipt of the deposit, we will begin processing your order.

Subsequent invoices will be issued every 30 days for the monthly payments.

Please be advised that any missed payment will incur a fee of $20. If a payment is overdue by more than 30 days, we reserve the right to refer the matter to a collection agency for resolution.

If payment is not received and the client does not initiate contact, the card on file may be charged after 30 days.

Should the balance remain unpaid beyond this period, a member of our team may visit the site to retrieve the unit.
